4 Stars Good value
TV was delivered in a few days, Free delivery, Men were careful, courteous, thorough, put stand together, placed it, connected as needed. TV is just right for me, great picture. I’m no connoisseur but I love it. A good value since it also included a blu-ray DVD player. I find Amazon a great place to shop.
5 Stars Great HDTV
The Samsung 32-inch shows extremely beautiful colors. The only thing that bugs me is the Red Touch of Color. I have yet to see the color red around my tv but otherwise it’s a great LCD.
4 Stars excellent product, except for viewing size of photo picture can’t extend to full screen !! extend to full screen
The picture quality is excellent, except when you view the photos taken from camera, the picture size can not extend to the full size of the screen, this is one demerit of this TV. I don’t know if other brand LCD TV has the same problem, but not my Apple laptop computer. I hope SamSung should try to solve this problem !
4 Stars Missing red touch of color
TV works fine, but this one, made in Mexico, does not have the red touch of color which it is supposed to have, and that was very diappointing as that was one of the reasons we picked this particular set.
1 Star A miserable experience
My 32 inch Samsung LCD was great for five months then died a spectacular death. While watching it one day, a huge spark arced out of the top of the TV, and it was absolutely dead. That was the start of my trouble as warranty service was horrendous. I made nearly two dozen phone calls to Samsung, their warranty service contractor and the various technicians. Scheduled service visits would result in no one showing up. It took nearly a month and a half to get replacement parts installed. I’ll never buy a Samsung product again.
